Our 4-year programme offers a mix of work placements, allowing you to gain skills and experience in a wide range of business areas, roles and activities.

You will work with senior leaders and stakeholders delivering impact on a range of key policy areas including health, education and the economy.

The application process

We have a 4-stage recruitment process:

  • Application
  • Initial online assessment
  • Virtual assessment centre (including interview)
  • Offers made / appointment

1. Application

You will need to submit an application providing some personal details, your CV and a personal statement.

After your application is received you will receive an invitation to complete the initial online assessment.
